Atop the flower fields hills, one lovely, sunny day...Splash! A crescent of creativity, a wave of wonder, a plethora of paintings. It was the Carlsbad Art Splash. Street entertainers, artists selling there work, kids participating in projects. And some pretty amazing chalk drawings running down the entire middle of it. And just when it seemed like things couldn't get any better--live music and food! It was very nice-not too busy like some street fairs, and I really liked the interactive areas for kids to make and take some art for themselves.
